Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, customs or weather.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order updates

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, or if you have any questions about its status, email us at support@parmun.com with your order number and we'll help you right away.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it, including sending a replacement when appropriate.
