Will these fit my Parmun shower head?
Yes. They are the same cartridges that come pre-installed and as spares in the Parmun kit.
How do I change the cartridge?
Unscrew the handle section, take out the old cartridge, drop in a new one and screw the handle back on firmly. Make sure the rubber sealing ring sits flat in its groove.
What does the filter remove?
The PP cotton cartridge is a sediment filter: it traps sand, rust flakes and other loose particles. It is not designed to remove dissolved chemicals like chlorine.
How often should I replace it?
Usually every 1–2 months, depending on your water. When the cartridge looks clearly discolored, it's time to swap it.
